He kept taking all those punches and electrical blasts.

No human could survive that in my opinion.

No, it's just that Raimi's Spider-Man's strength is REALLY inconsistent. You COULD argue he was holding back a lot against Ock since in the movie he was a man he greatly respected, but still Spider-Man has shown being able to knock someone out by just tapping them on the head before so....

Hmm, good point. I guess Raimi didn't get the memo that having robotic tentacles grafted onto your body doesn't equal super durability.
