    How powerful is the current Doctor Fate, what's the most powerful thing the current version has done?

       I would say he has the potential to be great.  The most powerful thing he's done so far is I guess bring back Mr. Terrific from the dead.  He was also able to cast a spell to stop all those paid mercenary heroes from attacking the JSA, in JSA #33.  He's also pretty smart, he was able to develop a strategy to defeat Modru without his powers, and saved the remaining members of the JSA from 7 pocket dimensions.
     
      He's okay right now, but I believe he'll become even greater.

    His most powerful feat so far would easily be his defeat of Lady Blaze in mystic combat. Considering she conquered Hell shortly afterward that's a pretty prominent feat. His battle for the soul of lightning is also pretty impressive.
