Why won't they let Doom rule the world?

Why won't they let Doom rule the world?

Despite being an egomaniacal, he's very honorable and only has the best interests for his subjects. He turned the 3rd world country of Latveria into a paradise and everyone adores him, that should be proof enough of his capability.

In a joke what-if he became ruler and the FF relaized how great the world was under his rule.

if he did rule there are several heros thatd probably be lined up for execution such as spiderman, f4, and squirel girl(that had to be embarassing for him)

He did manage to rule it once, but realized that ruling it is way more boring than conquering it. So he decided to take a couple chill pills, relax, and see if he could rape Beyonder in a brawl all across the universe. Or something like that.

i like the idea of an age of doom , why not had magneto preety much r4ule the wolrd in house of m and ultimatum, had apoclypse in age of apoclypse. If the story was story was done right could be a cool way to take doom and push him to his limits.
