That would be wild. If he really wanted to get the FF, he'd use his new powers to shut down the Baxter Building or make one of Reed's weapons blow up in his face. I think if he's not one of the most powerful Marvel villains, he will be if he gets those extremis powers.

He'd be unstoppable, except he's a comic book villain and no matter how powerful they are they always get beaten.
 
But it would be pretty cool to see Reed's response to such a threat.

I can't believe I haven't thought about that before, It would certainly make for an interesting read especially as a loose follow up to Doomwar.
