I would certainly say so!!! Kneel in before the feet of Doom!!!
Doctor Doom
Character » Doctor Doom appears in 3793 issues.
The very mention of his name makes lesser men tremble! The brilliant scientist whose iron mask conceals his scarred (but once handsome) face! Master of science and sorcery, Victor Von Doom is the monarch of Latveria, attempting the betterment of humanity through world conquest! Unequaled and unrivaled in every manner, Doctor Doom has had many conflicts with both earthly and cosmic super-beings, but he will always be known as the eternal nemesis of Reed Richards and his accursed Fantastic Four!
Dr. Doom, Most Quotable Villain of All Time?
I would say he comes in second behind Darth Vader. Vader doesn't have a single bad line in the original trilogy. He says cool stuff like Doom but without the arrogance.
But Doom is awesome:
Before this day is ended, mankind shall grovel helplessly at my feet -- and, as fate has obviously ordained -- Doctor Doom shall be Master of Earth!
The Quotes Of Doom
"Pain? Pain is like love . . . like compassion! It is a thing only for lesser men. What is pain to Doom?"
Triumph & Torment
"But time is endless...as is my hatred! When he least expects it, when he's most unprepared; Doom will strike again!!"
"I will not lower myself to performing parlor tricks for the rabble, any more than you yourself would. For in my own country, I am also a King! As witness, the royal seal of Latveria!"
Doom addressing King Arthur in Iron Man #150
"So you would deign to know the secrets of Doom. Very well, it is good that you would read of the majesty and power of Doom; the rabble must always glean knowledge from their betters. Take care that you dare not to use the knowledge enclosed in these pages against our person. To do so would invoke the wrath of Doom, and such a thing should not be invited lightly. Learn well of Doom and his lands, for the world will soon fall before them."
Doctor Victor Von Doom
"The King of Latveria is no common murderer. If I cannot magnificently win a victory . . . it affords me no pleasure to merely slay a foe."
Daredevil #38
"Though Dr. Doom is capable of many things, the Master of Latveria does not lie!"
Fantastic Four #87
"A Renoir. I have three myself. I had four, but ordered one burned . . . It displeased me."
Doom discussed art with Tony Stark in Iron Man #249
"I want that power. By right, it is mine. For ultimate power is the ultimate destiny of Doom."
Spectacular Spider-Man #159
"No, madman! Whatever you may see there -- it is not fear! Fear is for lesser men . . . Never for Doom!"
Super Villain Team-Up #12
Mags is definitely in the conversation, but I found his animated interpretations to be a bit lacking.
"I am surrounded by idiots"

Bingo! I need to find that issue! I want Squirrel Girl in MvC3!!!"Confound these wretched rodents! For every one I fling away, a dozen more vex me!"
@Gambit1024:
Whoever wrote this show perfectly handled Doom.
This was the most epic 8 minutes and 45 seconds I have ever spent on Youtube.Word I may have to start watching this once a day until the "Book of Doom" is compiled :P
I would throw M. bison in there as well. While he may have few quotes all of them are epic to dome degree.
Love Bison, but I need volume. Doom and the others mentioned have epicness and volume.
Listen very carefully human...The fact that I even allow you to speak directly to me is a gift I bestow upon you. You do not order me. You beg for my appreciation and then wait to see if I choose to bestow it upon you.

LMAO I really want a story where it turns out Spidey was a Doombot during OMD
@Mega_spidey01:
Meh, Doom had better lines in all of his animated incarnations. And as far as source material goes, I feel like Apocalypse's hubris was never justified by his acts. A lot of posturing and bravado that was simply overcompensation.

The looks on El Diablo/The Mad Thinker's faces...classic.

That doesn't sound right.....not one third-person reference made by Doom?
@yumyumbubblegum: @JonesDeini: Sigh. It's real. That's Bendis for you. Followed up by Doom getting easily beaten by Sentry. At least it made Ms Marvel feel bad...

C'mon, mate. You're a mod and an intelligent person, both rarities on CV, that's uncool.
Yumyum whatever is an imbecile, so I expect it from him, but you're above that.
@FadeToBlackBolt: My apologies. I only posted it because I thought YOU would think it was humorous, not so others could jump on some bandwagon. I thought it was ironic since it was from a comic I had and the fact we often tend to disagree on certain subject matters. My mistake. I hope you know that I think you're awesome and consider us friends, even with all the opposing view points. Again, I'm sorry.
@yumyumbubblegum: We both crossed a line. We should learn to be more considerate.
Always found Kain of Nosgoth particularly quotable.
Kain:From the shards of tattered dreams i rose, unwilling. tossed upon tides of pain which flowed and ebbed, leaving me searingly awake, and more revoltingly alive
Sarafan: "Surrender, fiend, and we will promise you an easy death."
Kain: "I could promise you the same, but it would be a lie."
I may not be a fan of this show, and have dropped it since I've seen the Taskmaster episode (Which was the only reason I continued to watch) but this line made me laugh.
@The Lobster : Word...I quit after this episode. Wasn't too fond of how they handled Doom to be honest.
It wasn't bad, Maurice LaMarche is easily my favorite Doctor Doom voice actor.@The Lobster : Word...I quit after this episode. Wasn't too fond of how they handled Doom to be honest.
My problems with the show is that it just doesn't have heart, it tries at points, but how am I supposed to care about Spider-man when no real tragedy or threat has happened 6 episodes in. It's just too fast paced, and even when it tries to slow down and be serious even for a bit, it just can't be taken seriously. There are so many character lessons in the show but they're all overshadowed because you're still trying to calm your brain so it can process all the fast pace stuff that it just got finished showing.
What I'm basically trying to say is that It tries to throw too many jokes into the mix. The Doctor Doom episode made this painfully clear. Nick Fury criticizing them for being stupid teenagers could have had some great character developing moments and it does try for a second with the scene at the end when Spidey is surprised that his team is also taking the blame, but instead it's ruined just so they could throw in the lame "Lets see me with a jet pack" joke again.
The writers need to learn how to balance the humor with the serious if they want to stop this series from sinking. That's my basic problem with the show.
The only good thing I can really say about the show is that the voice actors are doing a great job, I've warmed up to Drake Bell and like I've said Maurice LaMarche's Doom was a perfect fit. I also liked Clancy Brown as Taskmaster.
