Well Dracula is just a myth, the dude he was a descendant was believed to be a vampire, but he is a real person.

It seems that, in the Ult. Universe, Vlad Tepes Dracula is considered to have been a real, non-vampire person. If you prefer Dracula as a vampire, check him out in the regular, mainstream, 616 Universe.
