Escaped from U.K. after getting disfigured, Doctor Claw retired on a tropical island in the Pacific Ocean, Eden Island, where he conducted his test and engineered mutations on its flora and fauna, as long as the local savage population.
He's helped by the loyal Fong, an asian skilled fighter, and henchman.
In his island he invites a group of UK citizens to take on his revenge, Captain Britain among them.
