Diet Building is Japan’s legislature composed of two houses:
The house of representatives (467 seats)
The house of councillors (250 seats)
It was created by the emperor Meiji during the Meiji era in order to democratise the Nippon governmental system. It is placed in Tokyo on Kasumigaseki hill. It has a German style because it was draw by Austrian architects.
In the X/1999, Diet Building is the place where Hinoto lives and does her predictions.
