    Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome by gc8 on July 25, 2011

    I realize that an entire generation grew up loving the adventures of Dick Tracy. But, I'm not of that generation. Even though it was one of the few adventure strips still running in the daily funny pages when I was growing up, and I was already a comic fan, Dick Tracy was never my thing. It always seemed too corny, and really Dick Tracy's trademark gadgets - wrist radios and whatnot - really weren't science-fictiony anymore by the 1970s.   And that's kind of how I feel about the Dick Tracy movie...
