He wasn't called 'Bluewing' before, so I don't see how the color of his costume has any relevance on what he's called.

Now if they changed Red Robin's costume to blue, then yeah, maybe a name change would be in order.

The great Kryptonians of old didn't exactly write legends and sing praises of the eternal protectors known as Redwing and Flameblue. Though maybe they just foresaw that blue is, like, totally not Jimmy Olsen's color girlfriend.

I actually agree, if the other two ex Robins have red in their names we might as well make it a thing, can't hurt the originality of the Bat characters any more than they already have

Unless anything has changed, all of the Robins' vehicles have been nicknamed the Redbird
