      THE GOOD: David Lapham does a great job and is a good fit for this book. He adds a lot of details in the backgrounds and that makes the world feel very large. He also is able to make the facial expressions mean something with minimal lines. The Dials that he draws in this issue are interesting and fun to look at. The story is much different from what he got the first story, but this still is good. We get to see Nelson and Manteau looking for a dial and really infiltrating cults to find out where...
