This issue continues the ongoing tale of both Batman and Charlotte coming together to investigate the criminal activity of the Penguin.  It is still hard to get behind this series as much as one should as this is absolutely one series will not let fail, and while there are signs of improvement here, the track record of the series thus far does not exactly bode well for the progress of this story arc.  Nonetheless what we get to see here is the series actually somewhat living up to its name as instead of the mostly non-sequitur first story arc, at least Batman is doing some actual detecting here.  In addition Charlotte gets to be shown as something more than just another pretty women in a skirt as she goes up against the Penguin herself.  In this sense it was really Charlotte that came through for this issue and the series here.  I was not expecting her to be used to any effective end at all, but she is here, even if towards the end her portrayal is a lot more stereotypical.  As I said this series won't die, so it is more of a case of the fan knowing when to get on board.  This may in fact be that issue if it keeps heading the right way.

If anything, Batman and Penguin should be allies in this story, but we don't even get THAT far yet. Most of this issue is a ton of detective work, and while that works for the title of ...

The letters "DC" stood for Detective Comics, The name of Batman's Flagship tittle. This tittle should be the one dc comics first priority it should be interesting and the one comic you can recommend anyone to read. they should focus more in the detective part of it issue #5 really didn't do much I guess Tony Daniel was trying to create a bridge from his story arc with the doll maker and an introduction to the penguin. but on Kill Game he tries to cover every loss angle but at the end I fell like...
