    1. Batman's Double: (Batman) Killer Moth escapes from prison but with his identity as Cameron Van Cleer exposed he needs a new front if he is to resume his activities as Killer Moth. rather than set up a new identity he decides to steal one and after considering a few options he decides on Bruce Wayne because their bodies are similar enough and he had learned many of Wayne's mannerisms while they were serving on the museum board together.

after getting plastic surgery to look like Bruce he ambushes Wayne as he is leaving a charity boxing match. taking his clothes he locks Bruce in an old bank vault and Goes "home" to Wayne Manor. as soon as he arrives Dick tells him commissioner Gordon has been calling and when "Bruce" asks what he wants Dick tells him he wants Batman and Robin in his office right away as he leads him down to the Batcave.

Moth is shocked by the irony that the identity he chose to steal belongs to Batman but he thinks fast and quickly assumes the role. soon they are in the police commissioner's office hearing him talk about mysterious truck hijackings by the Whitey Casey gang, a crime boss who refused to do business with Killer Moth so he sees this as a chance to fix him.

they figure out how the trucks are being hijacked and put a stop to it but only catch 2 of the gang. later, Killer Moth talks to the gang boss Casey and tells him next time flashes the Moth Signal it will send Batman running. the next night Batman and Robin catch the gang robbing a silk warehouse. they wrap up the gang in the silk they were trying to steal and chase Casey to the roof but when he flashes the signal Batman tells Robin to hurry back to the Batmobile, that there is no time to explain but he should wait there until he joins him. confused, Robin obeys and "Batman" quickly changes to Killer Moth to talk with Casey. he tells him he will deliver Batman to him at the location of the vault he has Bruce locked up in.

switching back to Batman he drives Robin to the vault and is surprised to see it open and Bruce is gone but he knocks robin out figuring he can at least deliver Robin. meanwhile, as Casey and his men approach the real Batman swings in and make short work of them before returning to the vault and being attacked by Robin who thinks he is the imposter. after convincing Robin he is the real Batman they head out to try and find the imposter.

Killer Moth, Back in his own outfit tries to get away but Casey wakes up just in time to see him, and thinking Moth set him up he shoots him full of holes. despite knowing he can reveal their secret, the dynamic duo rush Killer Moth to the hospital where the doctor saves his life but tells them his face was badly damaged and a bullet that was removed from his brain will make it unlikely he will remember any recent events.
