If Despero from DC found the Destroyer armour, would he be unstoppable?

He defeated the JLA on his own, the Armour increases his Durability immensely and his strength too, so who could stop him?
He has absolute control over the armour and is immune to its controlling effects. No Marvel Characters can get involved here.

The Destroyer doesn't augment your strength, it replaces it with his own. You don't wear the Destroyer, you put your soul into it, and when you do that any physical abilities you had are irrelevant. So the answer is no, no more unstoppable than anyone else controlling the Destroyer.

I think it works differently. The power of the armor user affects suits power. That is why asgardian Destroyer was 1000 ft tall and powered up to fight the Celestials in the famous story arc.

Destroyer Despero would be a tough tough foe.

That was because it was inhabited by all the Asgardians. Like I said, physical power means nothing. Soul power on the other hand, means a lot.
