Decepticons
Decepticons is a comic book team that first appeared in Transformers #1
Decepticons are the arch-enemies of the Autobots. Decepticons -- as their name implies -- use deception and villainy to advance their own cause.
Decepticons, much like the Autobots, are able to transform between humanoid form and mechanical devices, such as an airplane or a gun. Decepticons are led, at times, by Megatron.
Both Decepticons and Autobots are from the planet Cybertron. As the epic battle between the Decepticons and the Autobots grew beyond Cybertron, they eventually made their way to Earth where they continued their battle.
