Titans #32-- Deathstroke's Motives Finally Revealed

#1 Edited by Epsilon5 (58 posts) - - Show Bio

That's right guys! the truth is finally out. After months of watching and waiting, as characters have developed and grown (at much too slow a pace for some), after mission after job has passed, and everyone  has become more irritated and anxious to know what exactly it is that Deathstroke is planning, Slade himself let it slip.

                                     So, remember back in Teen Titans #78 Blackest Night, when Jericho shockingly accepted his father’s proposal to join him in the "family business"?

 Teen Titans #78-

- Jericho's Story

He chose to stay with Slade because he believed that his father could help him control his powers, and after what happened in the events following the Titans 4 part story arc (concluding in Vigilante #6) Deathtrap, and everything else in his life, who could blame him?

Mysteriously Since then however, Joseph Wilson has fallen off the face of the earth …er, the pages of the DCU. Where did he go exactly? What happened to him?? What did Slade do with him???

 Well finally we got our answer, one shady clue, that could solve two very big riddles:

                                        1) Why did Deathstroke form a team of super baddies abusing the name of Titans …

                                         2) What or who is hidden in Deathstroke's secret room?

                                                                                   ... Have all of Slade's secret agendas been to save Jericho? or is he just manipulating people again??

                                                                                                                                                                  ... What do you think?

@Epsilon5:

I think that those voices in Jericho took control of him again and that Deathstroke is actually fighting for control for his own body again from his son who recently received a power upgrade so that he doesn't have to leave his body behind when he possesses people.

hmmm... good point. Would make sense to how reckless Slade has been lately. Though, why the team then? How would Jade, Lava Girl, Tattoo man, and Osiris as a team be able to save Jericho and help Slade?
