I've always figured late 60's/early 70's. Yeah that's old as hell but he's immortal and mentioned that mercenary work is an odd thing to do for a man of his "age"

I don't think he's as old as Wolverine and hopefully the comics will never portray him as such - but I definitely think he's at an advanced age.

White hair is apparently the side effect of Deathstroke's super soldier serum, it has nothing to do with age.
