The Death's Head 3.0 units were used as guards by the Red King on the planet Sakaar. Edit
Death's Head 3.0 was created 100 years to the present time in Earth-6216. The project was started by Monica Rappaccini, who capture the Uni-Power, while her granddaugther Varina Goddar, a Senior Scientist in this future A.I.M. created a synthetic modafication of the Uni-Power the power that empowered Captain Universe, instead this one was refered to as the Uni-Alias. Using this power Varina activated the Death's Head 3.0 and send him to assassinate the United Nations Secretary General. While the robot was programmed with a mission, the Uni-Alias power nature was to help others, confuse the cyborg when on a rampage. Varina then revealed that she name the project after failed Minion project, which they aquire from the original Death's Head unit. At the conclusion of Death's Head 3.0 meet a cyborg that resembles the original Death's Head, who is now working as a troubleshooter for the GEIST (Global Enforcement Intelligence Taskforce) who are working for politics.
Power: Death's Head 3.0 body was composed of a very dense aloid, he radar senses allowed him to track anyone and he was equipt with futuristic technology. Do to being the vessel for the Uni-Alias he had several powers that yet to by explore to there limits; he once demostrated the ability revive a scientist after he when in a rampage, he also formed energy shields and eye-beams.

Death's Head 3.0 were mass produce by Sakaar and use as guards, however they were not power by the Uni-Alias. When Hulk return to planet Earth he was using Death's Head 3.0 as soldiers and A.I.M. use one model during MODOK 11 run, this version created by Monica Rappaccini. All this version were inferior to the orignal one as none were power by the Uni-Alias.
