Created by the military, Deathlok is a Cyborg from the future in the mainstream Marvel Universe, and several alternate universes as well, whom wishes to regain his lost humanity.
Harlan Ryker (aka Hellinger) is the creator of Deathlok and the father of Deathlocket who sought to take over world and replace humanity with cyborgs under his control.
Formerly known as Deathlok when his brain was placed inside the cyborg body. Recently Michael has been cured, able to transform between his cyborg and human bodies at will.
Nicholas Joseph Fury served in World War II as the leader of the Howling Commandos. He later became an agent, and eventually director, of S.H.I.E.L.D. Fury is one of the greatest strategic minds in the world, a born leader and a master of espionage. He currently serves as a replacement Watcher.
Deathlok´s wife.
A scientist who worked for Cybertek and developed a vendetta against Deathlok. Somtimes the partner of the mercenary Mainframe.
Sunfire is a Japan mutant who converts solar radiation into plasma. After getting possessed by Apocalypse, he was stripped of his glory . He later served as a member in Uncanny Avengers.
One of Nick Fury's most loyal operatives.

Jesus is Deathlok (Michael Collin's) roommate. He make robots and is a cybernetics whiz.
A Roxxon employee who supervised Harlan Ryker and Cybertek, who were responsible for turning Michael Collins into Deathlok.
John Kelly was the first attempt at creating a Deathlok cyborg. However, when the project failed he was killed. His brain patterns were later discovered by Michael Collins, as Deathlok, and reluctantly digitized into another cyborg body. John Kelly became the cyborg known as Siege.
A mercenary technopath. An enemy of Michael Collins, the second Deathlok.
