Is this just a metaphor thing or is it real?  The way I see it... Deadpool has a death wish hence his infatuation with death but his healing factor is what is actually keeping him from getting it.  Thanos, Death, and whoever else may be involved are something like Greek gods or constellations in the skies.  I don't know... what do you guys think?

Thanos cursed Deadpool with eternal life because he was jealous of Death and Deadpool's relationship. Thanos truly loves Death, the entity. 

I suppose he's pretty pissed about being resurrected.
