That is just wrong the baby will probably horribly disfigured due to genetic abnormalities from basically the same genetic material and plus the the possibility the healing factor will disfigure the baby even further due to the healing factor is designed for DP's cancer not sure about LDP's "
Dude, Deadpool is having sex with himself?
    What is wrong with you?
Also if two "mutants" have a child that dont mean the baby is going to be mutant or is going to have the same powers that mom or dad.

Deathstroke's parenting is deeper than the surface. He works it behind the scenes as a unseen hand moving the chess pieces. Everything he has done is to give his children a better life since he knows it is impossible with him.

Well he and Batman look like crappy dads, but actually they are pretty good.
Deadpool could care about his kid, but i think the problem is not if he will be a good dad, the problem is the mother.

This this, but current people is fan of the new retarded deadpool, not the kickass charismatic old one.
That scene really touched me, Deadpool seemed like a really loving tuthor and Siryn could had been a good mother, a good family never the less. However Marvel destroyed it, Marvel destroys and ruins characters.
Company should re-name itself Disaster cause it aint marvelous at all.

@DeathpooltheT1000: Yes. I agree that Marvel sometimes does .. strange things .. with their characters. Like letting Daniel Way write Deadpool as a complete dumbass when they should have Fabian Nicieza or better yet, Joe Kelly as the writer. Or the global disaster known as One More Day.

But nonetheless, you can't completely write off Marvel as they did also gave us these characters. Plus there still are quite a few decent stories coming out of Marvel. Take Uncanny X-Force, Invincible Iron Man, Amazing Spider-Man: BIG TIME and others.

@ShirEPanjshir: The proble, is that they are good once at year, the rest of year, they dont care what happens with the character, they change the character to for no reson, i mean Emo Spiderman is a great example, i want thing to make sense.
The problem with Way, is that he never care to read comics, he just read what happened with a character a numbe before he gets in, so he create character in his mind, so he say, look this guy is that character, when is a new one, look at his Venom.

    Emo Spider-man was Raimi.

I am not saying, they should not let Way do his job, i just say he dont do all his job, he just write at random, without caring about the character.

I can see the relationship between Deadpool and his son as being one similar to Deadpool and Blind Al where Deadpool tries to torture him but the kid (almost) always comes out on top.  Plus if the kid had Deadpool's powers then there could be even crazier situations between the two.  What would make Deadpool a great dad is even though he'd get pissed that the kid would win there would be some pride knowing that it was his kid who did it.

The way I see it,there are some possibilities:
A)Deadpool will become a HORRIBLE DAD and is EXTREMELY NEGLECTFUL AND/OR EXTREMELY ABUSIVE(poor kid).
B)He somehow decides to turn his kid into his sidekick or something similar(he being a good or bad father depends).
or the riskiest and most surprising of all...
C)Deadpool being an actual good father.
    D) Leaving the kid for adoption.
E)Selling the child on EBAY(see post above).
    Under circumstance C,these may occur:
A)Deadpool may or may not lie about being a mercenary and may or may not lie to the kid about being a good guy and not killing people.
B)He'll probably do some wild cover-ups for his lie(see A).
C)Informing the child, but implying he doesn't like what he does.
D)Inform the child and flat-out say he doesn't want the kid to grow up like him.
E)Stealing a lot of stuff, giving it to his kid, then say he doesn't want him/her turning to a life of crime when ends are short(he may or may not tell the kid if it was stolen).
F)Raising the child will include him going out on misadventures(duh).
G)Pleading superhero teams or the government to provide a cover-up(see A and B),otherwise resorting to violence, leaving them bound and gagged.
H)Going to great lengths for something small(ex.Stealing a prized thingamajig just to give it as a cheap-looking bracelet.).
I)Will somehow lead to a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming.
J)The kid growing up decent,or possibly a superhero(or the other way around).
K)Maybe the kid will be somewhat his morality pet.
    ...and many more.
Note:I'm not saying it will work, I'm just saying it might work.I'm just listing some options as all, and if written well(which I doubt),DP can somehow turn out screwed, but will be somewhat depicted him as a good person(Again,I don't know how it's gonna work, but it's possible.).Deadpool is VERY SCREWED UP,but he's more than some weird, stupid, silly fool that breaks the fourth wall and makes pop culture references that some people take him for.Again,(again)it's just an option.I didn't say it will work.

well, at least the kid would be durable enough to take a couple of bullets when Deadpool loses it. he would be simultaneously the most loving and most abusive father in all of marvel. lol

I think it is hard to say if deadpool would be a good father, he never had a good father to begin with. Deadpool is always constantly moving and working it would be hard to raise a kid.

That is wrong. No need to say why. They had an awkward pause after their kiss. Just imagine what happens after they make a baby.

Now for the forum question...maybe. I honestly think maybe. Wade may act insane but I think he'd act seriously enough when dealing with his precious son/daughter. (Or at least serious enough where he doesn't kill his baby) I can totally see him as an overprotective father (especially if its a girl). Crashing in on his daughter's first date with katana and pistols in hand yelling STAY AWAY FROM MY BABY GIRL!!! But if the baby had a healing factor like him he'd probably use that as an excuse to be reckless with it. Like taking it with him on assignments at age three.

Personally I can think of no other person in the Marvel Universe I'd want as a father. Everyone else is just so... not Deadpool.

And besides most little kids have the inevitable "My dad could beat up your dad" so just imagine how that would go:

Kid: My dad would kick your dads ass!
Sonpool/daughterpool: Nuh uh! my dads a Mercenary!
Kid: We my dad said was in the Army and said Mercenaries are pansies!
Sonpool/Daughterpool: There's no way your dad would win! my dad can't die!
Kid: Yes he can! everybody can die!
Sonpool/Daughterpool: Not our family! *stabs self in eye with pencil*
    Sonpool/Daughterpool: See I'm fine!
Kid: *Sobbing uncontrollably in the corner looking at the small child with the pencil jabbed in its eye*
Sonpool/Daughterpool: *Calls Deadpool (Dadpool lol) over* Dad whats wrong with him?
Deadpool: Oh him? he's just afraid of you.
    Sonpool/Daughterpool: Is that bad Dad?
Deadpool: Nope... not at all, Now how about some wanton meaningless violence?

Anyway what I'm getting at Deadpool would be a great dad because  more than likely his spawn would be just as crazy (if not more so) than him which would make for some hillarrrrriiiiiiooooooouuuuuusssssss comics.

" @Mikepool: Why does people belive Deadpool is crazy? "

    Because he's f--king insane.

While true he's more of a functioning psychopath but willing to go to any means to win... no matter how f---ing insane the means may be. He once dropped an alterverse version of the Empire State Building on a Marvel Zombie.
