    I know that Deadpool cannot die, but what can defeat Deadpool with his healing factor?

    Well Spider-Man has defeated Deadpool by webbing him up but I think you are looking for a different answer.

    My hypothesis is that brute strength would defeat Deadpool. I think a hard enough blow will knock him unconscious even with his healing factor but I'm not 100% sure. You knock Deadpool out (or slow him down enough), take away his weapons and he's just a man with healing factor who can talk you to death!!!XD

    In Marvel Now's Deadpool, a shot to the head, or a powerful shock, has been able to knock him out pretty consistently.
