Alright. The Deadpool spinoff has been announced. I honestly don't think that the spinoff will have much to do with the catastrophe that they called Deadpool in Wolverine Origins. That in mind, what do you think the storyline of the film should be? Should it be his true origin of Deadpool in Killebrews workshop? Should it be the Dead Reckoning arc where he saves earth from the alien " Savior" ? Or just a random Deadpool adventure? I would personally enjoy seeing a true origin story at killebrews workshop, although other than Ajax, it doesn't offer a great villain, maybe you could toss slayback in there as well...

The bad thing to add Slayback is that Copycat has to die...

they should probably start with an origins story. then they can go pretty much anywhere from there.
and people who arent familiar with the Charachter could catch on and .....(somebody else pick up)...

Whatever the story is, i hope they use a black humor like Crank 1 and 2.

Fabian Nicieza is on as one of the writers, do you think that means he'll use one of his arcs or do you think he'll come up with his own origin story?

They'll use the origin story just like all the other comic book movies.  It's essential.  The only characters you don't have to do that for is Batman and Superman since everyone knows their story, but it's a fun one to watch (hence Batman Begins).  Also think about the fact that they didn't do an origin story for the new Superman movie, and instead just threw the audience "in medias res" - right in to the middle of a new story and the movie tanked.  So Marvel will show all the Killebrew's Workshop stuff, life in Weapon X, etc.

But who knows about the status of the movie at all.  I mean we're all still waiting on that Magneto Origins movie, right?
