Honestly it would be difficult with Spidey being against killing people and 'Pools natural ability to do it with little guilt.  Maybe if the premise was Spidey trying to reform DP into not being a killing machine.  That would be a hoot, but inevitably impossible.

It would be awful. They have different sense of humors that would clash, Deadpool is a villain who kills people, and Spider-Man doesn't even let anti-heroes kill people. They wouldn't beable to work together at all.

A Deadpool/Punisher mini series would be funnier. One nut job who goes to work with out prep time and another with prep time. It would be much more interesting to have one character who's funny and another serious. That is what made Cable & Deadpool successful, a combo of some thing serious and a comic relief character.

They should do a group book with Deadpool, Bullseye, Gambit, Moon Knight and Taskmaster.   Not a team book in the traditional sense, but rather they recieve 'jobs' from the same middleman.  IMO that'd be cool.  Through in some guest Spidey, maybe a lil Ironfist or DD.  I'd totally read that.

Well Wolverine kills people. Hes an Anti Hero like Punisher.  Spidey "commits crimes" but he is a hero.
