    No..Deadpool isn't a ladies man.The only reason any woman even goes near him is because he's a character and not a real person.Writers can make a character see past his annoying behavior and his disgusting skin deformity.

    That part of "Suicide Kings" where he got with Outlaw was his best hookup.  Most of the time, he gets with alien ladies (see current mainstory or Deadpool Corps).  He also found a desperate doctor in "Merc with a Mouth".  I'd say some girls look past his gruff exterior.  Siryn and Outlaw seem to connect with him on another level.  Then you have Typhoid who was just freakin' nuts.

    Its always the guy you don't expect to get a girl who always gets a lot of girls!! Ex. Deadpool, Spider-Man, Hawkeye etc. Just think about it! The guys who are the ones who look like they always get the girl never have a stable relationship. The guys who look like they never get the girl always have the more stable relationships.
