Deadpool

Wade Wilson is a former test subject of the Weapon X program, possessing a regenerative healing factor derived from the mutant Wolverine. A wild and unpredictable mercenary, Deadpool shared a bond with Cable and recently joined the Thunderbolts. The "Merc with a Mouth" is infamous for breaking the fourth wall.

At what point did Deadpool lose the ability to teleport? Or does he still have it and everyone forgot (with the exception of folks who put him in the video games)? Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere but I've yet to come across.

He never had it. He occasionally has a teleporter device. But he wasn't like Nightcrawler, he could never teleport on his own.

In addition, he only used it to exit and enter locations. Not to fight (like in Marvel Ultimate Alliance).

The thing on his chest i think is a teleporter device.
He never haved the power of teleport himself without help.

He never had the powers to teleport but he did have a device he used to teleport created by his buddy Weasel, although it often malfunctioned or didn't work when Deadpool wanted it to.
