Wade Wilson is a former test subject of the Weapon X program, possessing a regenerative healing factor derived from the mutant Wolverine. A wild and unpredictable mercenary, Deadpool shared a bond with Cable and recently joined the Thunderbolts. The "Merc with a Mouth" is infamous for breaking the fourth wall.

i was wondering why deadpool is crazy or mental insanity. I heard that his brain is in constant flux but won't his healing factor fix that or couldn't fix.
I thought he was born crazy then when insane from weapon x.

I think it was from Weapon X.
He was pretty normal until Weapon X program sent him to The Workshop (the place failed experiments go) , there his skin started to deteriorate and he started to see Death, but he was still normal enough. After some events they tried to kill him, and that was where his healing factor kicked in, and he started to talk nonsense, becoming the character we know.

At least that's how i remember it

he desired death not necesarly as a chick but he wished to die and leave all that pain away.

btw if you are refering to the P.O.V. well thats something new that people aint liking it.

no before all of his power was he ever crazy. he did went to the army and kick him out for whatever reason unknow to us.
I was wondering was it because he was crazy.

He was (relatively) normal before Weapon X
The reason he is somewhat insane is because his brain cells constantly regenerates at a high rate.

Before he had his healing factor he was not crazy. Maybe a little unorthodox but not crazy.

This is true.  Lately in the Wolverine Origins arc he bashed his fathers face in with a bottle and laughed after his mother died.  He had the yellow word balloons as well.  This probably isn't the reason why he is unstable now but I think it kinda contributed.

thats some serious BS by the writters, however did that must get shot cause as far as I am concerned deadpool wasnt crazy and was very reasonable before he got into weapon x.
And he didnt smashed he's father with a bottle, he was afraid of hes father because he always beated the hell out of him with he's belt.

Hewasn't laughing at the fact that his mother died he laughed after he smashed his dads face in with a bottle.

so brain cell conutine to be regenerates make a person insane so how the hell wolverine, x-23, and sabretooth hasn't reach that level of isane yet. scrath that sabretooth is isane.

Presumably because Deadpools healing factor is traditionally more powerful.

Thats why I think that rescue baby cable arc its very important, because it has loads of interesting stuff , including the fate of deadpool's dad.

after reading issue 3 they are now saying that his cancer is what keep him alive.
does anyone sense the irony of this? he went to weapon x because he dying of cancer but now need it in order to keep his healing factor in check or you go "splorch"

well its kind of complicated, no one really knows how he's healing factor works, except killebrew but now he is dead.
The deadpool skrulls where watered down copies so yeah, they whent splorch.

Btw deadpool's last phrase wasnt cool tough, it would had been better something like '' so uncivilized''
or Chimichanga!

The brain is what stores, processes, and transmits information. Damaged brain tissues can make you retarded, crazy, incoherent, etc. So say the cancer is systematically destroying different parts of his brain at different times, and his healing factor is constantly regenerating his brain tissues... it's like a never ending game of tug of war with his sanity.

Personally I liked the most how Zircher drawed deadpool's face.

both when it got screwed by weapon x and when he was a youngster and teen ager.

thats my favorite arc, the story was fantastic and the drawing and colour was an Outstanding combo!

May DP's healing abilities one day overcome his cancer? I mean He has one of the more amazing healing in the entire marvel universe. Can cancer really win?

I think they are different stages of his insanity.   He's crazy so he has voices in his head.
