    Another year, another Halloween special.  This is a pretty solid read, their is something for everyone.  There are stories that are funny, some stories that are suppose to be "Kid Scary" and some that the adults will understand over the kids (But still kid friendly).  The most stand-out story for me was the Billy Tucci Batman story "Trick for the Scarecrow".  This story is draw the way Billy Tucci has been drawing these minis (real world setting in the eyes of children), they have almost become ...
