Plot Summary

Overview
The Phantom Limbs - wounded veterans turned into killing machines using Cyborg's stolen technology. The Cyborg Revenge Squad – Super-Villains tasked to take them down. What do these groups have in common? They both want Cyborg dead. In this series finale, can Cyborg keep them from killing each other, let alone him?
