The Endless deserve to be in Tier 2, IMO. They're above Lucifer Morningstar.
Tier 3, at the least.

Elaine should be Tier 1
and I have no idea why Death is above the other Endless

You have no power over me." and she responds, "Never said I did." So IMO that insinuates she is weaker than him.
Tier 3, at the least."

Death is under the Presence only, I think. She's so high up in the power rankings that she's the only Endless who "is bound by no rules" and will be the last entity "alive" when the universe itself dies. And Lucifer has no power over the Endless, either. =/ I mean, they are infinite, and stuff... I still think they should be higher than or at least equal to Lucifer.

So....I dunno"

btw, I think I figured out the answer to my own title...it would be no...a series like Lucifer or Sandman would be on this list cause it uses DC characters while Preacher would not cause it is its own universe, correct?

The thing about Vertigo series is they arnt in a universe at all...well kinda. Their such an offshoot of the original universe its not gonna happen,
Sure Vert characters have leaped over an done a crossover but nothing grand...usually.

Well, seeing as Buckshot no longer cares about this list and all, I'll just decide myself that it includes DC and all Vertigo titles that include characters seen in DC (like Sandman/Lucifer or Hellblazer or Swamp Thing)
