Hey guys,

I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the continuity of the DC multiverse with specific reference to Batman and (dick grayson). Im sort of new to the trade and my first two comic books are Batman rip and battle for the cowl.    Thanks in advance guys!

Which would you like; info on the DC universe or Batman's stories? Same continuity, but one has more focus on Batman than the other.

Well, we don't really know how things will go after the revamp. Basically there are official alternate universes (a limited number of them), "Elseworlds" stories that aren't a part of any continuity but have inspired some of the limited multiverse universes (e.g.., Gotham by Gaslight, Red Son, Kingdom Come, The Nail), and then there are alternate timelines that usually only affect one storyline until they're set right by the titular hero of the book (e.g., seen a lot in Booster Gold).

Im looking more for the continuity specifically relating to batman.. Thanks
