Why the New DCnU has this rooms,just to hide these objects?? If yes,hide for who? Or is something else?

They're probably meant to hide these powerful and dangerous items away from villainy, so they can't cause any harm to the world with them.

...That would make more sense on one hand. She's been shown to wear something of the sort, but then again why would it be there if it was hers?

They're just a cool way to reference old Pre-New 52 continuity.
