DC does have some of the best Super Villains including Joker, Lex Luthor, and Darkseid just to name 3. Although even they have crappy laughable dumb super villains.

Anyways I'll start.

The Prankster A cartoonish appearnce with a outfit that looks like he belongs to the Stupids along with gags made him a Joke villain. A dog with rabies would do more damage than him. Overall I wish DC would just killed him off rather than give him a upgrade.

Killer Moth Moths fail to be scary to begin with, and when you have a guy running around in a moth costume he looks like another villain that should be on Scooby Doo. He's a unsuccessful criminal that no one takes seriously leading him to creating the group the Misfits with two other embarassments as his partners Calender Man, and Catman. Since he had to sell his soul to the Demon Neron to become fearful. It's further proof that attests to how he failed to be scary, and threatning.

Killer Moth was pretty beastly when he became Charaxes.

Penguin is a joke to me. So i'll put him forward into consideration.

Killer Moth was better on the Teen Titans but he was a joke in the comic's.

i dont like penquin very much. prankster sucks too.

Toyman A old man obsessed with Toys as a foe of the Man of Steel. He's not even in Superman's league, and should have never been made into a Superman enemy. For some reason he reminds me of Arcade looks wise a bit but is just lame. Even in Superman 90s TAS, and his appearnces in Justice League tas he was a embarassment with a even dumber look.

Ten Eyed Man Another one of Batman's dumb rogues. His crimes weren't serious to begin with, and he wasn't even a annoyance to Batman.

#7 Posted by NightFang (9222 posts) - 4 years, 4 months ago - Show Bio

All I have to say is EGG Head.

#8 Posted by Firestormnuclerman (2097 posts) - 4 years, 4 months ago - Show Bio

Bizzaro Other than Justice excellent depiction as a credible scary threat he's usually shown as a delusional dolt with his reverse speech, thinking he's Superman,  and the rest of his backwards thinking. He's a nusiance that Superman feels sorry for. Not a credible trheat on the level of his other foes Darkseid, Metallo, Cyborg Superman, Brainiac, Lobo,  Lex Luthor, Mongul, General Zod, HP Doomsday, etc.

Toyman A old man obsessed with Toys as a foe of Superman. He reminds me of Marvel's Arcade looks wise although he's just very lame. He's not in Superman's league, and should have never been made as a Superman foe.  In his appearnces in 90s Superman tas, JL and JLU tas he looked stupid. Dumber than Chucky, and just like a dummy that shouldn't even be interacting with Superman.

Calender Man His appearnce, method of operation, commiting crimes with a relation on the day of the month, plus everything else about him has the whole entire DC Universe seeing him as a joke including by readers of DC Comics. He made on the list of worst Batman rogues. Yes IGN doesn't read comics so you will disagree with the list but they were on the money putting this embarassment as the number 1 worst Batman rogue. He wouldn't last 2 minutes against Punisher. That would go down as Calender Man's fastest defeat, and Punisher's fastest win.  What's he do on Christmas steal christmas trees like the Grinch.

Orca Another embarassing rouge that looks like she belongs on Scooby Doo. Who made this super villain someone that hates Killer Whales. Or maybe it's the same person that green lighting Child's Play would actually scare people. They never had her go up against Killer Croc because she would be destroyed easily, the same if she went against Bane.

Kite Man A guy that commits crimes with kites. I guess he'll get parents to object to see their kids using kites but it doesn't change the fact he's a embarassing super villain. The guy makes Toyman look like Einstein. Kite Man has a dumb concept that keeps it dumb. I am sure when other super heroes outside of Batman that encountered this clown came across this clown are thinking what person will outdo this dumb embarassment concept.

Most all of the 60s Batman live tv show villains were meant to be campy, and comical.

Calender Girl A dumb super villain inspired a dumber spin off.

Cluemaster A guy that leaves clues at the scene of the crime. Impressive oh wait that's ripping off Riddler's style and changing riddles in the form of clues. The fact that Batman was able to convince easily to give up Spoiler as a hostage thinking he would only lecture him it's wrong to disfigure a child. Spoiler his daughter has thwarted his plans each time making him a punching bag to her.

Crazy Quilt The name says it all. A dumb concept and very lame. The person who created him must have been crazy to think this guy would be a feared enemy of Batman.

Mr.Polka Dot Created during the Silver Age it's not surprising he's one of the dumbest super villains of all time. Dumb costume, and very dumb method of operation. Let's rob places only have dot or spot motifs. Another Batman rogue that tries to copy Two Face's method of operation, and much like Calender Man failed coming off as dumb and stupid.

2nd Mad Hatter Stealing unusual hats. Wow what's next the Leather Lad a guy that steals leather coats.

Toyman isn't particularly cool but the fact that he killed the Jester that tried to take his name and managed to put venom in the food at Blackgate and make all the inmates super strong was pretty awesome.

And how can you not like Bizarro?  The concept of a superman opposite might be lame but in practice, he's hilarious.

So true.  Even worse is that all the kids that only read Countdown probably think Axel is way cooler than James.

I thought they could make Cluemaster a better villain, the same with Egghead, King Tut and False Face but never did.

I think the Brain, Penguin, Mirror Master, Fiddler, Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang and the Key are ok villains and they could make Egghead just like Catman.

Aww, Big Sir.

Just a very large mentally handicapped man with an energy mace.  No real powers.  No real chance to win.

Penguin last I heard is a basic racketeer which is not doing him any favors but he has been shown to be a credible threat. With the advantage of not being a murdurous insane maniac that looks to get Batman's attention each time the Penguin commits his crimes, and knows how to cover his tracks. He uses the tortoise and the hare analogy people don't expect him to be a threat until it's to late.

As for Mirror Master, and Captain Cold both are more dangerous than they look. If Captain Cold was a such a joke he would not have been shown as a credible threat in Justice League New Frontier.

As for Bizzaro being funny he's more confusing. He would say something of the opposite of what he's doing. You want a funny super villain it's Rhino of Spider Man.

Also you to keep in mind in the time period in which some of these super villains were created which results in them having to creating stupid joke super villains with one of the best examples being Mr.Polka Dot created in the Silver Age.

Killer Moth. He did look stupid and weak, but if you know about his past and stuff it makes sense. He's supposed to be an anti-batman that emelates him. So you end up with someone who wants to be the oppositte of dark, scary, fighting for justice, rich, strong on his own etc, but who also emmelates him; hence why he has a "mothcave". So it does fit, it just isn't like the other good villians. Calander Man and Catman did suck, though.

WTF? People putting any of flashes rouges down have never read a flash comic in their life. The rouges are some of the best villains in DC. Read final crisis rouges revenge and see if that won't change your mind.

#28 Posted by Firestormnuclerman (2097 posts) - 4 years, 4 months ago - Show Bio

Golden Glider Overall it's excellent DC didn't put her as a enemy in the current Flash's rogue gallery because she can't even annoy him.

Magpie A pathetic minor Batman rogue that I wish Deathstroke would have killed off.

There is that.

I was really looking forward to him being a REAL member of the Rogues again post Rogue War.  Then the new writers decided he was not only still a good guy, but somehow a dozen times sillier than before....and that he was a homophobe and a moron.

Watching Piper and James run around like Scooby and Shaggy getting beaten up left and right just pissed me off.

I could have just shrugged the whole thing off if they didn't kill Trickster in it too.

Ding Dong Daddy Running a bad car shop. Sounds like something perfect for a episode of 21 Jump Street but not as a foe of the Teen Titans. You put him against Trigon it's not even a contest Trigon in a curbstomp any day of the week. Deathstroke would also destroy this pansy.

The only good scene was the one where Trickster tried explaining his innocence with puppets.

I hated that scene.

To me, Trickster is the guy who's always got a plan, always got a trick up his sleeve.  Even when he loses, he finds a way to win.

He's not a fucking moron doing puppet shows.  You don't see Lex Luthor doing puppet shows.  You don't see any self respecting character doing puppet shoes.

I never saw Trickster when he was a respectable villain. I saw him when he was reformed, and I saw him in Countdown. And even if it was completely against all characters character, I liked the puppet show thing. Plus, if Countdown is all bad, it has to have at least one scene that was less bad.

Toyman's pretty dumb. How could he fight or bother Supeman, really he should have gave up a long time ago. Humpty Dumpty is really not much of a villian even. Has he purposely harmed anyone aside from his abusive grandmother that hit him with a stick? He is really just an obese, fat man obsessed with fixing things and trying to figure out how they were against him.

Humpty Dumpty was never intended to be a villain. He was shown as truly insane, and not at all malevolent.

Even reformed, he was still pretty bad ass.

He loses the fight, but he still wins.

That's a tracking device.  He later shows up at Piper's door with a dozen agents.

And then the Top made him evil again.

Beats the tar out of the new Trickster.

And rejoins the Rogues.
He was gonna be a freaking Rogue again.  A bad guy.  Countdown and Fastest Man Alive ruined that.

They should have never let Piper back in and Trickster should have still been a bad guy.  That was the original intention.

And yeah, he did suck back in the day but he was pretty awesome during Underworld Unleashed.  I was really looking forward to having him be a bad guy again.
