The Outsiders was one of the homes for Metamorpho for a good long while.

That would suck worse, and shows why they need to change his name. It's not like there's some White guy running around called "Lightning". If so, it would be understandable that this guy shows up and yells "Black Lightning, B*tches!!!" - and shocks everyone.
