The JL has had different leaders over the years, but often we see Batman and Superman co-lead the team, which makes sense, Batman has the strategic smarts to lead the group in combat but Superman has the ability to inspire people to work together. The Avengers found the perfect leader in Captain America who could both strategize and inspire. Which DC hero do you think can do you that? Who do you think would be the perfect choice to lead the Justice League?
DC Comics
Originally known as "National Publications", DC is a publisher of comic books featuring iconic characters and teams such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Justice League of America, and the Teen Titans, and is considered the originator of the American superhero genre. DC, along with rival Marvel Comics, is one of the "big two" American comic book publishers. DC Entertainment is a subsidiary of Warner Brothers and its parent company Warner Media.
Who would be the perfect leader for the Justice League?
I still like the idea of a rotating chairman being elected by the team for a term, whatever the duration of that term may be.
If not this, then Aquaman.
Batman- as a living reminder of the brillance, importance and vulnerability of the species the Justice League is protecting
Aquaman, Wonder Woman or J'onn/Martian Manhunter.
I would say them as they are all brilliant leaders and breaks the mold of always having either Superman or Bats in charge.
Superman. His presence demands respect
This. It often comes down to Bats or Supes, but I gotta side with Superman.
Batman's a great hero and an excellent tactician and "general", but he's not a leader in the ways he needs to be to lead the Justice League. He rarely inspires others, he sometimes acts like a d-bag, and he just doesn't have the presence that makes you want to follow him into the jaws of death. Seriously, if Earth was under attack by some immense and terrifying force, say Mongul's Warworld, Darkseid's parademons or Brainiac and his legions, who would you look toward to lead you through that crisis?
Dick Grayson, all of the benefits of Batman but none of the douchebag.
Plus actually liked by the whole Super-hero community.
Batman is currently the best choice when it comes to the comics but we'll have to wait and see how each character is portrayed in the movies to say who will be best for that version.
I don't know if it was ever said who was running the DCAU version but if it was Superman then it was the right choice.

That's a good idea. I like on the JL animated show how Martian Manhunter lead the league from the Watchtower.
Wonder Woman, she's good with strategy (not as good as Batman) and inspires those around her to do their best.
Martian Manhunter He's Respected by all the members of the Justice League and already serves as a mentor figure to many of the team. He Has by far the most experience out of all of them and can issue orders telepathically to the entire team while in battle giving the League much greater cohesion on the Battlefield.
