    The monitors have decided to kill all anomalies, people that shouldn't be in that universe/alive in the first place

    Power Girl could be considerated a anomaly, as she's a Earth-2 character that survived the Crisis and lives in New Earth.

    The new Supergirl was atacked by Dark Angel until a Monitor took her away and explained some things to her.

    true, about supergirl, she was suspected to be one, but it was proven that she isn't
