Personally, I would pick; Kingdom Come, Identity Crisis and Superman:Birthright. All are excellent. Justice would be a close second :)

@reignmaker: Honestly, I've always felt Identity Crisis is one of the most overrated comic books ever made, although that may have to do with the fact I'm not fond of raping and killing Sue Dibny, or having Deathstroke almost defeat a fairly big group of superheroes that has a Green Lantern in it.
