People are always saying that DC needs to do as Marvel does and make films for other heroes aside for Batman and Superman. But people never really say which characters should have their own movies. Who would you guys like to see?

I always thought a Green Arrow and Black Canary movie could be well received but due to the impending "Arrow" series that might not happen antime soon.

Another idea I always liked was a film centered around Huntress taking place in Gotham City.. Possibily featuring other members of the Bat-family but not Batman. Only mentioning Bruce at most but never having him appear.

Also, I think Punisher needs another shot, it just needs a good director. Punisher has a lot of potential. Especially after the recent short film "Dirty Laundry" by Thomas Jane was released. Also, not that he's a hero but I'd also like to see Deathstroke in a movie sometime, If a good amount of people take a liking to him in CW's "arrow" as well as Young Justice then perhaps it will increase the chances a bit.

Nightwing, but an animated one (he's gotta be able to flip and stuff, lol). He's guest starred a lot, but needs his own feature.

The Question. Preferably based on the JLU version: "The plastic tips at the ends of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister!" lol. Maybe even with the Huntress pairing, they were kinda cute.

Flash. Why does he not have one yet? Preferably Avenger-style (vs DKR style)

Agree with Green Arrow (Ollie, pre-reboot). They could do a lot with his liberal-ness. But with Hawkeye around now, he'll seem like a copy.

Iron Fist and Luke Cage: Heroes fo Hire.....it would be awesome, but, absolutely no Samuel L. Jackson.

Green Arrow: Year One needs to be adapted into a movie.

I like those ideas. Especially the Question idea (he and Huntress were pretty cute).

I hadn't even considered that Green Arrow would be compared to Hawkeye. Well Green Arrow does predate Hawkeye by a good 20+ years so hopefully that fact will be brought to people's attention. Besides, archery is a common skill among film protagonists lately (Brave, The Hunter Games, The Avengers) so hopefully Green Arrow wouldn't be labeled a Hawkeye rip-off by the general public.

I'd watch a Deathstroke movie for sure.

@britsera: @SupBatz: the audience immediately starts comparing Question and Rorschach. And since Rorschash is the most popular of the Watchmen, this can turn even the good movie into a failure.

Personally, I'd like to see R-Rated Gravel movie. I know, there was already a talk that Legendary Pictures want to make a movie, but there were no news since March, 2012.

The Flash and Legion of Super-Heroes

I think that DC Comics wants to tread lightly in terms of movies or rather live action movies. DC Comics strong suit is in animation and television series (i.e. Arrow, Smallville, Teen Titans, Young Justice) but I do believe that they can craft some good live action movies if they wanted to. I think that DC Comics/Warner Brothers has got something really good coming in Man of Steel and that they should capitalize of it by making a Justice League movie and then in the wake of the JL movie they should branching out with Wonder Woman and a Teen Titans movie.

Another thing they need to do is create a animated TV show for Blue Beetle.

The fact that Flash hasn't had a movie yet is baffling to me (I'm so baffled I used the word baffling a word I rarely use) I'd also like to see a Nightwing, Aquaman, Green Arrow, and a Booster Gold and Blue Beetle superhero buddy cop type movie.

@Jack Donaghy: Blue Beetle and The Flash are more likely to get TV shows on The CW and Cartoon Network before a movie happens. There isn't enough street credit for either of them to have movies and DC doesn't want to gamble on the money like that as all saw what happened to Disney and John Carter as a lot of young people today don't even know who JC of Mars is. With things like Harry Potter, Narnia and Lord of the Rings being so successful at the box office I wouldn't be surprised if Warner Brothers and DC Comics did a Amethyst Princess of Gemworld movie sooner rather than later.

Martian Manhunter needs a movie; maybe then he will get some respect around here! (so long as they don't make him too afraid of fire...)

Honestly they need a flash movie, cyborg movie, and a wonder woman movie, even an aquaman movie could be badass. Dc is highly slacking in the movie department.

Flash should appear somewhere also.. But his solo movie? I wonder what they will show..

I've been wanting a Wonder Woman movie for years now. She's one of Dc's big three so there's no excuse to why she hasn't appeared on the big screen by now. I've also wanted to see a Static Shock movie, if done right I think it could be pretty cool. And as for an Aquaman movie? If it will get everyone to finally forget about the super friends version of him then I say bring the king of the seas to Hollywood!

I love the idea for a Booster Gold and Blue Beetle buddy cop movie. Aside from that would like to see Flash Vs the Rogues or maybe a Suicide Squad/Secret Six.
