I personally would love to see a Cyborg series by Geoff Johns.

I voted MM. I would have said Black Canary or Zatanna but their New 52 counterparts don't have much appeal to me.

They could all very easily hold there own books. I think the reason why we haven't seen a Shazam or Cyborg book yet is because Geoff Johns wants to build them up in Justice Leauge first.

I can see all Characthers´s solo tittle. Cyborg a Tech Scifi tittle, Shazam a mytic tittle, Martian Manhunter as Cosmic tittle, Black Canary with Global crimefighter/dective tittle written by someone who get Dinah´s characther and Zatanna with magic universe.

These are more B listers tbh but nonetheless, I'd love Martian Manhunter to get his own title again. There's a lot of potential for intriguing storytelling. Either MMH or Shazam should definitely get solo titles next.

@lvenger: Nah B lister is more like Booster Gold, Supergirl, Hawkman, Batman's side kicks (other then Dick), characters like that. When I think of DC, these are some of the character who pop up in my head.

My choice was Captain Marvel. I'd love a super powerful book that's tons of fun. My second choice was good old Martian Manhunter.

The first three but martian manhunter needs one the most.

I vote for Shazam, but I don't like the stick-in-the-mud Billy Batson. There's enough crybaby no-goodniks pretending at being superheroes out there.

I would love to see a New 52 Martian Manhunter series.

Batman has 3 or 4 comic-book series why can't J'onn have his own series? Besides, it can be him not only working with other heroes but also exploring the galaxy and facing off against other space villains.

Martian Manhunter, just because I like the character and he appeals more to me than those others.

Now I may sound like a bat-hater when I say this but I'd love to see them replace some of the bat titles out there with some solo titles for these characters. I don't hate Batman, I actually enjoy reading some of his stories and/or titles, but the excess amounts of bat-titles as DC attempts to milk as much money as they can from the Batman cow is getting a bit annoying. Sure, have a Batman title or two and then give the other titles to some of these characters that have so much potential. Personally, alongside Martian Manhunter, I'd love to see a Cyborg, Zatanna and Shazam solo titles too.

None of the Robins are B-list if you don't count Steph.

@enigmalantern: At the end of the day, DC is a business and has to make money to turn a profit. Batman is selling by the bucketload so all DC are doing is responding to fan purchases and giving us fans what we want. And what we seem to want is more Batman titles or comics connected to Batman in some way. I agree with your grievances on the multitude of Batman titles though but this is why they are so many after all.

Well the characters on that list aren't exactly promoted as much as other DC characters like Green Lantern or Flash though I see your point. But outside of Stephanie Brown, the Robins aren't really B listers, they're all well known for good or for bad.

@lvenger: Very true, it's just sad to see other characters with a lot of potential for a solo title being deprived of that chance. DC at the moment is slowly becoming less diverse and narrower with themes and characters as Bats gets more coverage. But for Bat-fans this must be great and I do hope they enjoy it. Hopefully by the time Batman Eternal finishes more spaces will open up for some of these characters. Who knows.

Shazam, definitely, absolutely. I would buy that. Martian Manhunter second and third Black Canary.

Shazam should definitely get his own series, its a crime that such a major DC character hasn't got his own book. Marvel have re-booted the Silver Surfer comic and SS is similar popularity level IMO to Shazam. Come on DC!

Just because many titles are in Batman group doesn't mean it's less diverse, almost every title in the Batgroup are different from each other or are trying to be different. Gotham by Midnight, Gotham Academy, Arkham Manor, Harley Quinn, Batgirl, Grayson, Batwoman, Batwing, Batman, Detective comics, Batman and Robin are different from one another. Also DC could easily give this characters an ongoing without cancelling any of the Battitles, its not like they are sticking with the number 52.

I think MM is better suited to team books, and I actually really liked Captain M's New52 reboot.

I know and they gave characters like Vibe, Katanna, Klarion a shot so Batman isn't the reason these characters aren't getting solo titles.

I would like books about all of them. I voted Black canary though as she is my favourite out of these characters. However a Johns Shazam book would win it out.

@kilowog52: Changed my mind actually, Martian Manhunter is A list material or, at least, he should be. Tim Drake and Jason Todd definitely aren't as well known as he is so they're the B listers now IMO. And why would you want MMH to stay on Earth? Unlike Superman's inherent humanity which makes his Earth bound adventures intriguing, MMH doesn't have the human touch despite his compassion, nobility and heroism.

Black Canary sucks and is one of the least likable character on her own team in the New 52.

Captian Marvel is okay, but I'm not a big fan.

Zatanna is fine and might be able to carry her own series, but she's a bit overpowered.

Martian Manhunter is awesome, and I'd love to see him get his own series.

However, I have to give it to Cyborg. I don't believe in giving characters series just because of their race, but DC specifically said, "Cyborg is one of the Big 7 in the New 52," so if we are dealing with this premise, it's just plain insulting for every other JL member to have his own series...or multiple series except for Cyborg! Cyborg is a good character who could sustain his own series, and DC is constantly concerned about it's diversity, so why the heck haven't they given Vic his own series already? This truly frustrates me.

And I agree with you. We already have Martian Manhunter roaming around space with the Justice League United. Seeing him in space every now and then in his solo would be cool and fun though it'd be awesome to see his detective John Jones persona comeback and have more Earth based stories.
