Superman and Darkseid are considered arch rivals due to their opposing viewpoints, but I've been thinking. Shouldn't J'onn hate Darkseid more? First of all the Life Equation, the inspiration for the anti life equation, was created by the green martians. They are both telepaths and are aliens (supes is an alien too, sure, but he grew up on earth and considers himself human for the most part). Also, the two of them seem more like opposites, as J'onn is an alien visitor with benevolent intentions, while Darkseid is an alien overlord who is the ultimate evil. Darkseid killed his brother, J'onn tried to help his psychopathic twin malefic. They are also both in the same class of strength and power.
