So I've been getting into reading dc comics more often here lately, I've only read a few different things , at the moment I'm working on death of the family, but I really like the flash. What would be a good story arc to follow and start on? What's the best origin story for the flash? Are there any good batman series with a ton of the bat family in it?

Really just suggest to me the best (and longest?) story arcs you know of! New 52 preferably.

Court of Owls and Death of a Family are two story arcs that involves the entire Bat-family if that's what you're aiming for. Personally, I would go for Court of Owls since each character gets their moment of awesome. Death of a Family is essentially a Joker story that involves a lot of jobbering on the bat-family's part -_-

Longest & best? wonder woman arc 1, 1-12 wonder woman arc 2 13-23 + first born villains month ( if you want )

• Aquaman (I recommend all of it, but you can pick it up this month as the last arc just ended)
• Green Arrow (start at issue 17)
• The Flash (the whole series is great imo, pick it all up if you want. but a new arc should be started this month so you can jump on there if you want)

Might start reading red hood and the outlaws as a monthly read.

Start at Flash: Move Forward trade paperback. Works a lot better than Rebirth at introducing what you need to know. (Thought I will admit bias, since I like it better).

• Flash: Rebirthis terrible. I'd just start with Flashpoint and the new 52 stuff for Flash.

• Demon Knights
• Aquaman
• Wonder Woman
• Throne of Atlantis (first really good Justice League arc)
• Justice League Dark (skip the Forever Evil stuff though)
• Phantom Stranger(skip the Forever Evil stuff though)
• Constantine (skip the Forever Evil stuff though)
• Batman Incorporated (has quite a bit of the Bat family involved)

Court of Owls, Death of the Family, Batman and Robin Born to Kill, all of the Aquaman trades, and all of the Flash trades (as everyone has said, you can just read Flashpoint as a good start to New 52 Flash although it isn't necessary). Superman Unchained is pretty fun too but I'd say wait for a trade, I'm uncertain if the story is really going anywhere. I also really enjoy Johns' JL, but it's not for everybody.
