I am giving this whole new universe 6 month to live and then they will go back to "normal". So much noise just to include the Wildstorm-Heroes?
DC Comics
Originally known as "National Publications", DC is a publisher of comic books featuring iconic characters and teams such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Justice League of America, and the Teen Titans, and is considered the originator of the American superhero genre. DC, along with rival Marvel Comics, is one of the "big two" American comic book publishers. DC Entertainment is a subsidiary of Warner Brothers and its parent company Warner Media.
DC Revamp: DC Announces Seven Titles With a Harder Edge Including Deathstroke and Grifter
I am giving this whole new universe 6 month to live and then they will go back to "normal". So much noise just to include the Wildstorm-Heroes?HAHAHHAHAHA! Funniest person that didnt know what they were talking about all day!
Grifter was a Wildstorm character right?
Also, between these and the Teen Titans redesign, it's like Marvel in the 90's all over again... I can't decide if this is a good thing or not.
These are the best of the lot so far.
Me neither...It would be sad to see classic characters ruined in the attempts of making them more "EXTREME!"Also, between these and the Teen Titans redesign, it's like Marvel in the 90's all over again... I can't decide if this is a good thing or not.

I like the description of mr. Cole over there " These are creatures that only he can see." I take it we'll have comics about raving lunatics now? Oh jolly.
I suspect the questions of if what Grifter is fighting are actually real or not will be a core concept of the book, at least early on. Edmondson is doing similar ideas on Who is Jake Ellis?, which has been fantastic thus far, so I'm kinda fascinated personally.
I really want to get all of those series. I hoped Secret Six was going to return, but I'm getting the feeling that it isn;t.
I knew it was only a matter of time till DC intergrated Wildstom into its base universe...Knew this was going to happen when they did it with Milestone
no Creeper......guess it was just wishful thinking.....oh well alot of the stuff still look cool so i guess ill just get over it.
Blackhawks looks like DC's attempt at Secret Warriors. I know they've done Blackhwaks before, but with that mission statement and that cover, it looks like a poor man's Secret Warriors. This lump of books did nothing for me, especially that Deathstroke design that looks like it's trying way too hard to be cool.
All the titles have been confirmed now,Deathstroke looks epic.Nope. Not all titles confirmed.

Holy Crap...your right!!!!!! So there is still a chance!!!
I'm really tired of the Deathstroke character. They've always tried to portray him as a kind of grey area character, but I've always found his personality to either swing between mustache twirling villain, or over remorseful hero seeking redemption. Stormwatch was a title I loved when Ellis wrote it during its first run, and the concept still strikes a cord with me (a more tactical based Superhero team). But this looks like just another superhero team so far, with the interesting hook that it drags some previously defunct Wildstorm characters into the mix.
Grifter was probably my favorite character on WildC.A.T.s ~ it's been forever since I read that book! So, Voodoo and Grifter have their own books - pleasepleasepleaseplease DC relaunch The Brave and the Bold or allow these characters to be part of The All-New Batman: The Brave and the Bold!
...by the way...whatever happen to WildC.A.T.s? Will they be part of the this 52 #1's? That would be kinda cool...
Jonah Hex looks cool, too! I just might start reading Westerns... I'm reserved on Stormwatch. Did J'onn J'onzz get the short straw or something?

Bleeding Cool is saying a Superman title drawn and written by George Perez, as well as a Supergirl and Superboy book, are all going to be announced tomorrow. No word on if Grant Morrison's Action Comics will also be formally announced too.
I know Batman Beyond is getting renumbered but not as part of the relaunch. And My Greatest Adventure starts in October so it isnt part of the relaunch. So there are three more titles after the Superman titles.@Avenging-X-Bolt said:

Stormwatch would be good if they do it Ellis style, but i neither like midnighter costume, i hope they don´t soft them.
@doordoor123To say nothing of Batman Incorporated and whatever else is relaunching next year. The more I look at this, the more I can't help but think that DC is just launching way too many damn books. I know they don't seriously expect anyone to buy them all, but if they're coming out of the gate running like this, its already overwhelming.
My favorite bit so far is that in one of the press releases, DC referred to a block of books as "Tomorrow's Cult Classics". Cult classics is a kind phrase for "books that were universally liked by the people who read them, but were canceled within 12 months," and the fact that DC already more or less admits that books like Voodoo, I, Vampire and Resurrection Man have no chance of surviving is both hilarious and frustrating.
@HubrisRanger: Well I think the point of these books are for some people to read them and if theyre good, to spread the word. Voodoo is a Wildstorm character. Not a cult classic.Hey, I'm just quoting how DC's own PR machine classified the book. And I get the throwing everything at the wall approach. I just fantasize about how welcoming a parsed down DCU would be.
I really really hope they don`t rework lady blackhawk :*( she is soo cool please don`t mess her up DC
OK now i am in.....OMAC, All-Star Western, Sgt. Rock and the Men of War and the friggin BLACKHAWKS !!!!! wahoooo
only one out of all of these that i really wanna read is Deathstroke, i mean i WANT to read more, but my wallet is already on life support
