I vote Lex. He's no slouch in the hand to hand aspect himself, plus I consider him to be the better intellectual and strategist. Ra's had to steal Batmans plans to take on the god like Superheroes. Lex does it every other week.

I will say though it would be close and I don't think this one is a stomp.

I think we're officially at the point in round 2 that each matchup is a stomp. Sorry that it came a bit earlier than expected, but the whole missing contestant (LiveWire) problem put it a bit ahead of schedule. We would have two matches left. The remaining contestants are:

Hhhmm.. Brainiac can be viewed as a cosmic level threat, similar to Parallax. Not sure if I'd see Reverse-Flash being more powerful than either of those two....If I was looking to advance any automatically, I'd have voted Parallax and Brainiac personally....

This match would begin in Metropolis, but I'd assume they're chaos would reach farther than that if the fight continued. So, who wins?

If it doesn't appear to be a stomp, I'll post some of my thoughts on the match (something I'm hoping to do a lot more of from now on).

Don't know enough about either to make an educated vote. Which Parallax incarnation is this?

Parallax vs. Brainiac (Parallax)

And Reverse-Flash vs. LiveWire (Reverse-Flash)

@veshark: Hmmmmm.... I'm admittedly not quite well-versed on Parallax either. Eh... I guess whichever is the standard, non-Hal Jordan infected version?

If memory serves, he still needs a host. There was Kyle Rayner in SCW, and currently it's Sinestro. Then again, I'm no GL expert.

as for my vote - this is really dependent on several factors, especially on the version of parallax.

Well, I know there's at least 3 different versions of Parallax to consider, each of which vary's in strength/power. Then again Darkseid has had different incarnations as well. His Avatar version for example is apparently considerably weaker than the actual New God himself in the flesh, and allegedly it's the avatar that our JL heroes tend to face off against. And didn't Darkseid defeat Ares' entire pantheon IIRC? Plus he's immortal.... kind of hard to actually beat someone who is immortal... just think this is a tough call. Definitely can't see this being a stomp.

If we're talking about the entity of Parallax itself and not with a host then wouldn't the battle simply be Parallax trying to find Darkseids fears? Not sure how many fears Darkseid has but I'd imagine he could overcome them and thus defeat Parallax so my vote goes to Darkseid.

@gator4eva: I'm not sure Darkseid has any fears himself... If anything he loves fear, it's one of his own tools.

BUT if it's Parallax within a certain host (such as the Hal Jordan version) I'd say it's a whole different ballgame.

Anyways, I think I have to go with Cheetah. She's able to hold her own against Wonder Woman, even in Pre 52. In the New 52, she can take on the Justice League.
