I believe in there being several components to being a leader and to me bruce excels at the bigger aspects of the role even though i do think dick is a great leader. The four aspects of being a leader that i believe Bruce beats Dick in almost easily and that i also view as the most important are:

Strategy
Command
Evaluation
and Sacrifice

I'm not a bat fanboy who's going to say Bruce is the best strategist ever or anything but he's better at planning than dick Even Tim is a better planner than Dick and this is a large if not the largest part of strategy (Dick is better at adjusting to failed strategy and altering outdated ones than both of them though). coming to command i've never seen a charecter disobey batman who's not an enemy or unexperienced or just plain out stupid (sad but true in some cases) even comic relief charecters snap to attention for Bruce Dick can be commanding but his much more lax and patient attitude gets in the way alot of the time. Both Bruce and Dick and for that matter tim can evaluate a situation in seconds i just say bruce has more experience at it and is harder to fool. Sacrifice, Both Bruce and Dick would sacrifice there life for the good of otthers but if the situation calls for it i don't think Dick would be willing to sacrifice others If Bruce and Barry were doing something that the world depended on and the only way to save the world was tricking or telling barry he had to do something to that would kill him Bruce could deffinetly do it without hesitation and hate himself later I can't see Dick doing that to Wally or at least he'd hesitate and then it might be to late

Finally putting all this into effect, among other things, while standing on the front lines and having the kahonas to foarce it upon others is what i see as good leadership. I see Dick and Bruce as Equals in this Bruce because he doesn't care what you think and Dick Because he's empathetic enough to understand and help you do it.

Dick dose have the edge because he's a people person and he beats Bruce in a couple other catagorys of leadership that i don't have time to talk about. But Bruce wins in my opinion because he fufills my big 4 of leadership

I know you are not, for that reason I asked to you why? =)

Thanks for reposting, but for me Dick is a better leader just because one quality, Dick is a man of the team, Bruce has always seemed like a guy that do all by himself, solo...

Yeah Dick is deffinetly more of a people person and more team minded It's just bruce has more points on my leadershp scale
