I think that Superman is the better all rounded “superhero” but he has more weaknesses than Batman. So it’s down to opinion, as no character is physically stronger than another.

Well, Superman is "weak" to Kryptonite and red sun radiation, while being vulnerable to Magic.

Batman has every human weakness. Mortality, bullets, knives, disease, stubbing his toe on something really hard while moving really fast, etc.

Are you asking who would actually win in a fight or who the comic book writers would let win? I personally think superman would win in a fight, but i also think the writers would never allow this.

Superman is never going to go full blast at Batman. Period. Amen. If he did it's obvious who would win.
