    Mister Terrific should be on there.

    I wouldn't really consider Cyborg really to be a super genius in his own right. He's essentially just a walking data and information repository, albeit an epic one.

    Only Mr. Terrific and Lex are ranked in DC.

    No one knows who belongs in their top 10. Will Magnus created autonomous androids, I certainly believe he belongs in the list.
