    These collected DC Comics Presents: Batman seemed at first just an excuse to profit on Ed Brubakers name, they still may be but this one had a few interesting things to point out.  Firstly it is mandatory to have read issue #1 for this issue to make sense and secondly this issue collects two stories:  "Shot Through The Heart" and "Sanctuary".    Shot Through The Heart Shot Through the heart adds to the build up with the Zeiss character and his mob connection.  This is a key arc for the Zeiss c...
