Days of Future Past is a storyline which ran in Uncanny X-Men 141-142 set in Earth-811 where most of Earth's mutants have been killed.

Marvel Girl, Nimrod and Ahab originate from this reality.
In this staggering volume of the classic x-ventures:
And many other things!
Thirty-three years in the future, North America is controlled by Sentinels. The few surviving X-Men - Kitty Pryde, Storm, Colossus, Wolverine and Franklin Richards, son of Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman, along with Magneto, plan to change history by having Rachel Summers exchange the psyche of the adult Kate Pryde with that of her younger self.
In the present, Kitty Pryde succeeds at her first Danger Room test, only to faint a moment later. When she awakes again, she tells the X-Men she is the adult Kate. She explains that she’s from the future and that the X-Men must prevent the murder of Senator Robert Kelly at the mutant hearing in Washington today. The X-Men are unsure whether to believe Kate but Xavier is at the hearing as well and only he can tell the truth of Kate’s words.
In the meantime, the new Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, under the leadership of Mystique and with Blob, Pyro, Avalanche and Destiny as their members, prepares to assassinate Sen. Kelly. The X-Men join Xavier in Washington and, a moment later, the Brotherhood appears, intending to kill Kelly. The X-Men move to oppose them.
In the future, the X-Men have escaped the camp, and suffered two fatalities and plan to strike back at the Sentinels.
This is the first actual issue of Uncanny X-Men. Issues 1-141 is officially X-Men - 1st series.
In the present, the X-Men face the reformed Brotherhood of Evil Mutants to save the life of Senator Robert Kelly. The villains attack and seem to have the upper hand, in the beginning, as the X-Men are now being led by the still untried Storm. Xavier and Moira are hurried away by a policeman, who is actually Mystique in disguise and who takes them hostage. Kate, the future Kitty in the body of her younger self, decides to stick close to Senator Kelly, just in case. Wolverine almost gets fried by Pyro’s creature but is saved by Storm. Suddenly, he finds himself faced by two Nightcrawlers. He decides to use his claws to find out which one’s the real deal but Storm forbids him from using his claws in non-lethal situations. Slowly, the heroes manage to beat their foes and the second Nightcrawler is revealed as Mystique, astonishing the true Nightcrawler with their physical similarity and the fact that she knows his true name. Mystique escapes and the X-Men realize that both Sprite and Destiny are unaccounted for. Destiny intends to kill Senator Kelly with a crossbow but Sprite manages to throw off her aim at the last moment before she gets exchanged with Kitty again. Storm asks Kelly to reevaluate his stance on mutants before she takes Sprite away. Later, the X-Men wonder if they’ve managed to change that future Kate came from. With the exception of Kate and Rachel, the future X-Men have been killed by Sentinels. One month after the battle, the president, based on Kelly’s recommendation, begins Project Wideawake, led by Henry Gyrich, a program that includes the possible use of Sentinels to deal with the mutant menace.
Access returns from an adventure with Batman and Spider-Man and, reverting to his identity as Axel Asher, discovers he's missed his lunch date with his girlfriend, Ming. Not understanding how he lost several hours, he finds her between classes and Empire State University and apologizes, revealing his dual identity to her, but, still angry, she doubts him. At that moment, Mantis attacks the school, and Axel activates his costume. He teleports Ming to safety as Spider-Man tries to tackle Mantis. Juggernaut and Wonder Woman also enter the fray.
Working together, Spidey and Wonder Woman defeat the villians, who are then mysteriously teleported elsewhere. Access is then surprised to learn that Diana does not recall having met him, but he provides the means to return her to her native universe. She flies away, and Access soon encounters the rampaging Hulk, who exhibits his savage persona, not the mind of Bruce Banner, as Access would expect. He offers to return the Hulk to where he belongs, but the nervous Access has trouble opening a portal. To Access' confusion, the late Hal Jordan Green Lantern intervenes. As Green Lantern subdues the Hulk, Access sees a discarded newspaper, and realizes he gone back in time.
Access then transports Hulk to the American southwest of the Marvel Universe. The behemoth leaps away, stranding Access, so he opens another portal, only to find himself in the Old West where he meets Jonah Hex and the Two-Gun Kid. Access sends Two-Gun to his home dimension, then accompanies Hex to a saloon. There, Hex is confronted by a vengeful gunman. To save the lawman's life, Access pushes him through a portal, but loses him between worlds.
Access then appears in a devastated New York City, accosted by Sentinels. However, the Legion of Super-Heroes arrive to defend him.
Finding himself in the "Days of Future Past" alternate future, Access comes under attack by Sentinels, but is rescued by the Legion of Super-Heroes. Soon, they are found by Logan, who leads them to meet the rest of what's left of the X-Men. Brainiac 5 then devises for the X-Men a field nullifier which counteracts the inhibitor collars they are forced to wear. The Legion offers their aid in defeating the Sentinels, but the X-Men decline, and Access sends the Legionnaires back to their own timeline. Before Ferro can go through the portal, however, a Sentinel attacks. Ferro and Colossus topple it, but more arrive. Magneto shoves Ferro and Access through the portal as the Sentinels destroy the nullifier and cripple Magneto. Logan escapes, inspired to formulate a plan to beat the robots.
Access now bounces back and forth between the two universes and into pasts and futures, until he is yanked into Central Park by Morty, the bum from whom Axel Asher received his Access powers. Access thought Morty had died, but as they converse, he realizes Morty is his future self. With two Accesses in close proximity a wide portal opens. Morty teleports away, but not quickly enough to prevent the arrival of Darkseid and his hordes from Apokolips. Coveting Access' universe-crossing abilities, Darkseid makes him an offer to join him, but just then the Avengers (from early in their career) intervene. A battle ensues, and although Access is held in the grip of Devilance, he manages to open a portal and pull the JLA through. Feeling the tide turn, Darkseid orders Amazing Grace to take control of the minds of the male heroes, forcing them to face off amongst themselves, while he and his minions escape.
X-51 the Machine Man begins to assemble a team of Heralds from different realities.
The first recruit we see is Wolverine from Earth-811, also known as Days of Future Past. He is brought in just after he is killed by Sentinels, and X-51 brought him bach to life with technology used by Merlyn.
Then x-51 introduces him to his would-be team-mates:
Hyperion from Earth-1121. An aged Hyperion that comes from a world where all life was eradicated. He was the last living person, and the only thing he wants is to die, but he can't.
Spider-Girl from Earth-1122 who is much like the Spider-Girl of the MC2 universe (Earth-982).
Deathlok from Earth-7484, the original Deathlok.
Killraven from Earth-691, the original Killraven.
Bloodstorm from Earth-1298, the Mutant X reality.
and Iron Man 2020 from Earth-8410. He was actually an enemy of the X-51/Machine Man of his home reality.
X-51 begins to explain the situation (short version of the plot from Earth X and Universe X) and how he now is the Watcher. He then explain that their mission is to go to different realities and warn the counterpart of Reed Richards of the Celestial embryo that grows inside each earth in exchange for a personal reward for each of them.
They divide up in pairs, and X-51 and Hyperion goes to a reality where Kulan Gath has become ruler of earth. Deathlok and Killraven are sent to a reality ruled by Satyrnin. Iron Man 2020 and Bloodstorm are sent to a reality where all humans are vampires. Spider-Girl and Logan are sent to a reality where Reed Richards is the president of the United States, but he's also something else.
"SECOND COMING" CHAPTER NINE This is the end of the line. The horror of what the X-Men face is fully revealed, and the reality sets in...every single mutant on the planet is going to die. They cannot hold out any longer. And X-Force goes on their final mission.
Things have never been worse for the X-Men. They're stuck in an impregnable dome of Bastion's creation. As if that's not bad enough, inside this dome is a portal to the Days of Future Past timeline through which thousands of Nimrod Sentinels are pouring. Cyclops has sent Cable, Cypher and X-Force on a suicide mission into the future to destroy the portal, but do they stand a chance?
