Are Daxamites vulnerable to magic like Kryptonians are?

Yes Daxamites share a weakness to magic just like their Kryptonian cousins.

Daxamites are weak against magic and lead. Even a minimal exposure to lead can cause a Daxamite death within a very short time. 

 Unlike Kyrptonians though they are not weakened against Kryptonite.
