Havok First meeting: Unknown Younger brother to Scott Summers, Cyclops, older brother to Gabriel Summers, Vulcan, and son of Christopher Summers, Corsair. Former leader of X-Factor, and now an intergalactic team of X-Men. |

Marvel Girl First meeting: Unknown When Darwin fused himself with Vulcan, he did so never expecting to be released but it was Rachel Summers who drove his presence out of Vulcan (severely depowering the latter). |

Moira MacTaggert First meeting: Unknown Moira MacTaggert is the one who took Darwin, Petra, Sway and Vulcan in as her own children as they had all somehow been "orphaned". Darwin had lost his mother as she was disgusted by him and after being experimented upon and brought into the eyes of the public he was rescued by Moira MacTaggert who brought him to Muir Island where he trained to become an X-Men, eventually succeeding. However he was taken from her, by the act of being sent to kill Krakoa and she died before he could ever reunite with her. |

Nightcrawler First meeting: Unknown Kurt Wagner is Nightcrawler, a mutant with teleportation abilities and a devout Catholic, and he is a member of the X-Men. |

Petra First meeting: Unknown Petra was a fellow "adoptee" of Moira MacTaggert as one of the "orphaned" mutants. Like him she is believed to be Omega-level and in their first mission, to rescue the original X-Men from Krakoa, she gave her life. Her last act while she was alive was what saved both Vulcan and Darwin. |

Polaris First meeting: Unknown Polaris is the daughter of Magneto and holds the same mutant powers as her father. She was also the second woman to join the X-Men. |

Professor X First meeting: Unknown Professor X chose Darwin to be a companion when the Uncanny X-Men team sought to stop Vulcan from destroying the Shi'ar Empire. While on this mission it seemed to be Darwin's personal mission to protect Professor Xavier at all costs. So on many occassions he rescued, or at least tried to rescue Professor X including stowing away on the ship that the Professor's captors were aboard. The final time being when he followed the Professor into the depths of the M'Kaan Crystal, fearing for his mentor's safety. |

Sway First meeting: Unknown Sway was a fellow "adoptee" of Moira MacTaggert as one of the "orphaned" mutants. Unlike the rest of her teammates, she has yet to be believed to be Omega-level and unfortunately in the team's first mission, to rescue the original X-Men from Krakoa, she gave her life. She tried to ensure that her companions would survive and thanks to her efforts, Darwin and Vulcan did. |

Vulcan First meeting: Unknown Kid Vulcan was a fellow "adoptee" of Moira MacTaggert as one of the "orphaned" mutants. Unlike the rest of her teammates, he was believed to be beyond Omega-level even though that is impossible. But in the team's first mission, to rescue the original X-Men from Krakoa, he only survived thanks to the efforts of Petra and Sway. He also fused with Darwin who had absorbed Petra and Sway, and so it was that he channeled the entire X-Men team's awesome powers. Since then, he has become the Emperor of the Shi'ar Empire, and Darwin has tried to stop him. But the two temporarily reunited when Darwin accepted Vulcan's offer to be his Best Man when he wed Deathbird. |

Warpath First meeting: Unknown James Proudstar, currently known as Warpath, is an Apache and mutant who has been affiliated with many X-Teams over the years, but recently joined the X-Men themselves, but is now a member of X-Force. |
